By using this website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Refund Policy

The majority of abodebook listings are free. Fees are incurred when services are expanded upon and your listing is, accentuated. Upon choosing to accentuate your ad, you will be asked to review and accept charges being incurred prior to modifying your listing. Currently, abodebook.com is national, therefore we charge for additional services in Canadian Dollars. Fees for accentuating an ad, may change over time, and notice of such change will be posted on the site. Promotional coding may be made available during certain events or the launch of new services or categories. Service fees are non-refundable. Fees incurred without payment will restrict your ability to use the service. Accounts exceeding 180 days will be handled using traditional collection remedies.

General Terms

The terms herein shall be governed by the laws of Alberta Canada, and the parties hereby irrevocably attorn to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Alberta.

If any clause or provision in these terms and conditions is determined to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then such provision will be severable from the remainder of the terms, and the remainder of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
